The top jewelry forced my jaw to push forward and after a couple months, I was experiencing jaw pain so I took it out. When I went back and got my eyebrows done, Molly said that she can mess around with the placement and redo the lip piercing for just the price of the jewelry! Molly and Cody are extremely kind and professional. BUT Their front staff seems to be constantly changing, and none of them have been very nice to me, or other customers from what I heard first hand at the shop.

We went to the restroom and waited some more. An hour later, having never been addressed, never been talked to, never been asked to reschedule, nothing...we left. It was my wife's first professional tattoo experience and my 8th. We were not disappointed. I went to this shop for a flash event with a friend, and we both requested the exact same simple…read morelinework tattoo. Her tattoo turned out clean and well-executed. Mine, however, looks nothing like the reference. The lines are shaky, uneven, and completely miss the shape of the design. It's incredibly disappointing to walk away with something permanently on my body that looks rushed and sloppy. When the artist (the owner) first drew the design on my wrist, I immediately told him it didn't look right. He brushed off my concern and said the tattoo lines would be thinner than the marker and that it would "look good." I said I'd trust the process, and he replied with "famous last words." That should've been a red flag. While he was tattooing me, I watched him mess up a line, and he commented, "Well, it's too late now." Hearing that during a tattoo was beyond unprofessional and reinforced exactly why I had concerns from the beginning. Afterward, when I calmly told him I was unhappy with the result, he became defensive and dismissive. He accused me of "causing a scene," told me I shouldn't have expected quality at a flash event, and continued to belittle me instead of taking responsibility. Meanwhile, my friend's matching tattoo -- done by someone else at the shop -- turned out great, which makes the inconsistency even more frustrating. Flash event or not, customers deserve basic respect and competent work. My experience with the owner was the opposite. I now have to look into fixing or covering a tattoo that should have been simple. I would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking consistent quality or professional treatment. First picture is what we requested, second is what my friend got done and the third is what I received.

They hype him up soooo much... And yk I wasn't worried bc I was getting a three letter tattoo. Nothing crazy. The tattooing was very un trained. Seemed pretty sloppy, and don't get me wrong i understand still learning. But what really got me was when the man had the audacity to say $100 and we are good. AFTER HE ALREADY HAD TO RE PUT HIS GLOVES ON AND FIX THE TATTOO TWO TIMES??? And for a three. letter. tattoo. So then I had to clarify twice if I heard 100 correctly. Now fast forward two weeks and my tattoo is healing. I can visibly see at least fifteen spots that aren't properly filled in. No idea how something so simple got messed up - he needs to go back to the fake skin rn. Either way let this be a warning don't be the nice guy and give the new guy a chance!!!!
