This is a 5-star establishment offering first class treatment and customer service. However, ALL NEWCOMERS BEWARE: Body Details in the SoFlo area is undergoing some internal changes. They're hiring more certified specialists with medical degrees having nothing to do with laser treatment. These new hires are less experienced, and know nothing about the art of laser treatment. Every customer is different based on skin pigmentation and hair type and only through years of experience can one master the proper way of removing hair in order to provide the best results for their client. These new hires will burn you if they are not careful. The new hires are slowly replacing the specialists that have been working with the company for years. Customers like myself who are comfortable and happy with our current specialist are being told "they no longer work there". I'm not sure why the decision makers at Body Details would want to fix something that is not broken when customers are happy. Either way, I'm giving this place five stars based on current conditions, but sadly their future is sketchy. Choose wisely and ask questions before signing away and marrying this place for the next two years. read more

Everything about this location rocks. For me, it is conveniently located in Town & Country Mall, the building is new, the office is impeccably clean, the staff is ah-mazing!! and the services are down in a very professional and precise manner. Getting laser hair removal, especially in private areas, can be an awkward experience. But here you are treated with the utmost respect and care. The staff remembers you - is genuinely happy to see you - and does everything in their power to accommodate you. I initially went in interested in doing my underarms and possibly bikini area... but I was so impressed with the facility and level of attention, I opted to work on several areas since they worked with me on a payment plan. I've gone to other hair removal places in the past and this is, by far, my favorite. I trust their judgment and appreciate their emphasis on having a happy customer. Jocelyn and the other girl at the front desk (didn't catch her name) were so sweet and helpful when my appt was delayed by a few minutes. They informed me about upgrade options based on my hair reduction needs for the future and we engaged in some fun small talk while I waited for my treatment. Sasha did an amazing job! I do treatments on my face and the upper lip hurts the most, and I love that she starts there first to get it out of the way before anything else. She was patient with me even though I was a huge baby about the pain! Lol. All in all, love this location and even though I live in Hialeah, it's worth the drive. read more

They have a great customer service and most importantly professional healthcare providers who knows what they are doing. Maria is the nurse practitioner who has performed almost all of my treatments she's amazing, very knowledgeable, and you can tell that she loves her job. I've been doing laser for my legs, bikini, and underarms and so far, WOW! I just did my 4th session and hair has already stopped growing. I forget I even have to check my underarms because they're always clear and soft! It's so amazing! Yes, it's painful, but nothing like waxing your bikini. Katrina is great, she makes me feel really comfortable and she doesn't torture me. If the pain is too strong, she'll lower it, and I appreciate that! I had an awesome experience at Body Details in the Kendall location. I went for my first laser treatment and the Lazer Specialist Yuneivys "Yuni" was very helpful, professional, and kind. She made the procedure very relaxing, she was always checking in on my pain or discomfort levels, Yuni explained the procedure with detail and also explained the process of the following sessions.
