I found this place by sheer luck and I am very happy with the results so far. I have fair skin and blonde hair on chin and mustache, so laser does not work for me. Nimia, the owner and technician, was very honest and explained how many sessions were needed and the frequency of the sessions to get rid of the hair. The place is very convenient for me, has free parking, and Nimia is very accommodating with appointments. I have considerably less hair and it seems thinner when it grows back. I went to this establishment for minor facial hair removal and was left with scares ( literal holes in what was the area of the hair follicle) Also, no numbing cream was used and it hurt a lot. The esthetician 1- should have offered numbing cream and 2- said there could have been a potential for scaring. I would have been better off just plucking. Also, the equipment that was used was very old, perhaps thats what led to the scaring and also the size of needle used was too big. I don't recommend this establishment for any hair removal on the face. read more

I don't even know where to begin...not only has this treatment changed my life entirely for the better but the owner Nimia is an angel that was sent to change lives. When I first started I was beyond skeptical because I've heard the same promises for hair removal methods but when Nimia took a close look at my case she knew exactly what it was I needed for proper treatment. I began going weekly which yes I know can be expensive and painful but well worth every penny and pain I invested into myself. Nimia will help guide you through the steps for pre-treatment, during treatment and post-treatment so that the treatment is effective. I did electrolysis here for 11 months on my upper lip and chin area. Results would only last for less than two weeks before I had to shave again. Towards the one year mark , I stopped coming in less and less, as I couldn't afford the $50 sessions anymore. She blamed my lack of progress on the fact that I wasn't coming in weekly. After 8 months of treatment I would expect some progress. I had to stop treatment at the year mark because I wasn't seeing any progress at all. Now after some months after my last session, I see that there was absolutely no progress made with electrolysis. Electrolysis left my skin with a lot of hyperpigmentation and marks, even almost a year after. Nimea wasn't honest with me from the start, she never specified around how many treatments it would take to Even see progress or if it Was the right choice for me. Ultimately, laser Has Been more affordable and more effective. I paid $600 for 10 sessions of laser on my full face and neck & after only 2 sessions im seeing incredible results. Don't waste your time or your money here, she's dishonest and her machine or treatment don't work. read more

This place was absolutely disgusting. The place is a mess. Papers, books, etc., all over the place. The equipment looked old and was sitting on a cart that looked to be years old. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looked unsanitary. After a 15 minute session costing $35, I followed up with a dermatologist and I was told she had done quite a bit of damage to my face. I will never set foot in here again. The experience was mortifying. Disgusting, dirty, messy place. Honestly, I should have left but I felt bad in doing so. Never again. This place needs to be inspected for cleanliness. If someone says its clean then I don't know what "clean" means to them. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you don't care about esthetics and cleanliness. read more
