After I signed up online for a new membership, the front desk employee went out of her way to pull up my old account, question me about it, and demand that I pay $240. Her tone felt rude and confrontational, and it honestly came across like a power trip rather than someone trying to help a customer. I asked to cancel the new membership because of how I was treated. This location lost a customer because of her attitude and lack of professionalism.

Speaking with Nate, he described that they're not exactly a "bootcamp" (the ones where it makes you feel like you're trying out for football) but more of a group personal training. What I LOVE about their format is you exercise in short bursts followed by short rests and you just repeat the sets over and over, while moving to different stations and exercises. I felt I really got the most of each exercise instead of them pushing you until you pass out and can't do anymore like other bootcamps. For those of you that get BORED with working out, you've GOT TO try this out. With the music and group setting, the hour is over before you know it and you got an awesome workout. I feel so lucky we found this place, and now I look forward to working out instead of dreading it!

(Before All the Craziness) I had referred a couple of people, was told I would get 1free month for each referral. I have called & went to the gym and was told no one could help me.
