During my massage she picked up 2 phone calls, since she brought the business phone into the room with her. I've never had that before. Then I could hear and feel her cell phone vibrate in her pocket a couple of times. She also stepped out of the room a couple of times to speak with new customers walking in. I just thought this was super unprofessional, which is how I know I didn't get a full hour massage because I arrived early and left before the hour. I had been to physical therapy but even that had only temporarily helped. The very first time that Courtney worked with me (using deep tissue massage), I was literally thinking (on the table)...oh my gosh, she's going to help me and I'm coming back next week. I was able to use my HSA card, thankfully. I visited pretty frequently at first, then down once a month. She loosened my arm, back and chest muscles, got my shoulders to drop and my neck to unlock...showing me how my posture, my lack of abdominal strength and even my hydration was impacting my neck. Courtney knows the human body! She showed me yoga poses to strengthen weak areas so ultimately I can help myself.
