One of my gel nails started to peel the next day. I rang Emily and She rectified it the next day. A couple of days later the same happened with other nails and those of my wife. I rang and spoke to the manager. I explained that we were in NZ visiting family so didn't want to return for it to be done again as it would take away further from our time with our family. i asked for a refund JUST for the gel nail application. NOT for the manicures, pedicures or gel nail application on toes. The manger refused. After explaining again about our precious time and also that we weren't confident they would not peel again, the manager offered to reapply them. I explained again and the refund was refused. In total we had spent €260 in the salon but just asking for refund for gel nail application. A refund was denied a further 5 times. We are not going back due to the reasons above and a little treat for us has left us disappointed and having to pay another nail salon to remove them. I know nothing about gel nails but suspect that their short conversation about the light box not working properly might have something to do with it. Disappointed.
