They invite communication throughout the massage if I want something deeper or gentler, and never make me feel uncomfortable about it. Very warm, welcoming, and safe atmosphere. It's an incredible value, and always extremely good service. I tried to tell her how painful it was, but she didn't listen and kept on digging. It still hurts now, three weeks later, so I went to my chiropractor who knows my body, and told me my neck shows signs of significant swelling and injury.
