The studio was easy to find, the woman at the check-in desk was efficient and friendly at getting us signed up, and she even let us borrow two yoga mats for free which was much appreciated as we were traveling without our usual personal mats. The studio upstairs was quite hot (unintentionally, I believe) but Alli kept everyone motivated and present despite the heat. The studio is sizable and pretty with lots of assistive props to borrow. Alli's flow was really dynamic and challenging. I also am a yoga teacher, and I found myself enjoying her class a lot! Would definitely come back if we are in the area again!

They offer so much variety in the types of classes and workshops and they really mean it when they say that every body is welcome. The teachers all are incredible and make you feel like you are a part of their community instantly. I LOVE Marc and Joanna - both are great teachers and a lot of fun. Marc is a great teacher and really shows you the correct forms and challenges you. Joanna's classes are more fast paced and also a great workout. A couple of the other teachers were a bit too out there for me.. but all of the classes I went to we good. Prices are fair and on par with most yoga studios ($15 for a drop in, with deals on Month passes and 11 pass and I believe 7 class passes) The studio itself is quite clean and well maintained. They have lots of yoga props available to use. They have a nice patio available, and are supposed to be putting in a juice bar. I never saw this fresh fruit the other reviewer was talking about- but it sounds lovely! The website is also very well maintained which is a definite plus! (-) 1 star due to: - generally their latest classes start at 6, which with my new work schedule I can never make it :( Having lived in Boston I am a bit spoiled with having TONS of class options - so the schedule seems really limited to me, but overall its pretty good considering. - There is no shower -- which would be really nice to have - A few other little hiccups here and there with other small issues
