After surgery, I went to…read morecheck 3 PT places: - Sportscare Physical Therapy (ok but too young staff) - Ortho Atlanta Physical Therapy (People do not seem to care much) and decided to go with Johns Creek Marc and Noa took care of me and make me work progressively on the agility of my foot. I cannot compare how well I did because this is my first broken bone and surgery but I progressed within a month to a point that I could walk with a cane. The surgeon also mentioned that the therapist did an excellent job and he was impressed that I was in such a good shape. I attribute this success to Marc and Noa who apparently, knew very well what they were doing. I can now hike and play tennis, feels good to be free again...

Even…read morethough I made payments instructed by Johnscreek Physical Therapy on the date of each visit, I received the bill of $585- over three months after my initial visit. I was looking for physical therapy near my house and came across Johnscreek Physical Therapy. I was really impressed by the google reviews! When I was booking the first visit with Sarah, she assured me that she knows a lot about my insurance as she said you had many patients with Kaiser insurance. I made two appointments but decided to wait on the third appointment until she checks my insurance for the benefits because I wanted to avoid a billing issue as the one I have right now. Sarah left me the following voice mail on my phones after my second visit stating, 'Hi, this is Sarah calling from Johnscreek Physical Therapy. I just want to let you know that I got in touch with Kaiser and they gave me your benefit information. $40 co-pay, 60 visits per year which I'm showing none are used. So with that being said I will take what you have been paid and apply to your co-pay. If there's a balance left over it, will be refunded.' So I started my treatment with Johnscreek Physical Therapy but my condition did not get better. I decided to go to a different practice but I still thought very highly of them as everyone was nice and professional. On 9.7.21- Received the invoice of $585 On 9.10.21- My husband and I both took time off from work and stopped by the office. We played the above VM to the office staff. He said he will have his billing person look into my account and have her get back to me. On 9.23.21- A lady name Holly left me a VM and asked if I have I gotten in touch with Kaiser and find why they are not paying Johnscreek Physical Therapy??? I called her back at 12:12PM but didn't get a hold of her. So I left the detailed message on their website. I am not sure why I should be responsible for all of the bill as I would not have visited knowing that my insurance does not cover my visits. I understand that things can happen but I'm not sure why it took so long to find out. If I would have known, I would've stop coming here after my second visit, as I initially planned. I'm still not well and I'm losing sleep over this..

They worked! And fast! The state of the art technology used, and CARE-ful aid of the doctors, had her dancing again within the week. My husband, also, has had back issues and been to several chiropractors over the years. However, Synergy is not just your typical chiropractor. The doctors take their time to figure out the source of the problem instead of just temporarily relieving the symptoms. The office staff is gracious and kind and you can tell that the doctors genuinely care. I only wish they were not considered out of network for most insurance companies. Even still, Synergy Release Sports has my highest recommendation.

I've heard great things about this place, but am somewhat torn in my review. And again, maybe my expectations were to basically be better by now. Who I am kidding? That's what I definitely expected after shelling out over $600 in services here in a matter of 3 weeks, and the fact that the first chiropractor I saw said I would be training in no time. This place is definitely efficient. I felt like I was one in an assembly line. I felt rushed every time I was there. Staff was friendly though. On my most recent adjustment, I saw a different chiropractor than the first one, and he said that high hamstring injuries take longer to heal, and I should not expect to be running fully in another two to four weeks. Well, dismayed as I was to hear this, I felt the first chiropractor should have been real with me. He told me to start training again, and I couldn't even fully run yet. I am glad I held off on speedwork, because that definitely could have set me way back. So I'm disappointed and somewhat frustrated. The office is super nice, and offers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and small waters. I guess with the probable cost each patient generates, I can see why.
