I received a confirmation email, an email the day before and an email the hour before. Then I wasn't called. In their email they said 'You've taken a huge step by booking this call. It's completely normal to feel a little nervous. You're not expected to have everything figured out-that's what I'm here for.' Four hours later I got a call that went to voicemail saying they weren't able to call me because they were busy with a patient. Then 5 days later I got another call and while speaking to them they said they had a technology issue and didn't know they were supposed to call. When I questioned why the first call said they were busy with another patient they brushed it off and then said we were not a good fit and hung up.
