LOVE THIS PLACE. I have had massages from so many places, including Thailand. This place ranks high on my list. Chandra is petite, but she packs a punch and gets to to those trouble areas. I have bad knees and a misaligned back and as a mountain hiker I need adjustment once every 2 months. This place feesl like home and doesn't give of the vibe of front desk luxury with text book massage. Chandra changes my massage style to treat the objective of the day. Well trained and listens to cutomers. By the way don't confuse her spot with a shady massage polar that opened across the way. What an unpleasant experience... The oil was cold, the bed was unheated, I was not offered a robe or cover, and the massage at times felt like I was going to be pushed off the table. Not sure who did my massage because she never told me her name. In fact, she barely said a word to me. The massage itself was the fastest, least relaxing massage I've ever had. The woman used an excess of oil that made distracting squishing noises the entire hour. The worst part was that she didn't trim her nails and scratched me numerous times. Likewise, when she was massaging my neck, she kept applying pressure to my throat, which was very unsettling. I was ready to get off the table and leave after the first 5 minutes, but they asked me to pay first so i felt committed. This place has gone downhill completely and is now a complete garbage establishment. I had a wonderful massage there when they first opened. It was easy to schedule and their prices were very fair. I recently suggested that my wife try it but she was unable to even get a massage. First off, their website is down/gone so it was difficult to even find current information on pricing etc. My wife then tried calling their number to schedule her massage and she spoke to a woman who was very hard to understand and did not seem to understand what my wife was asking for (just a basic 60 minute massage). The woman finally did schedule her for a massage at 11am on a Thursday (or so we thought), but when my wife showed up for the appointment their door was locked and no one was around. My wife waited around for a bit and even tried calling their number but no one answered so she left a message. She gave up on them and left to go to another appointment and while she was there, they had called her back but didn't leave any sort of message at all. Needless to say neither my wife or I will be going to this place again. As a Bedford resident, I'm deeply offended that this sort of trash business is in my town. read more

I never felt pressured to join their membership (which I feel a lot of places do), I was introduced to a wonderful package option where I bought 3 massages at a reduced rate with no expiration date! I moved to Bedford last year, and was looking around for a good massage. I tend to avoid the chains like Massage Envy because I've never really gotten a good massage at those places. I like the ambiance and service at the "high end" day spas like Bella Sante, but I think their pricing is ridiculous and they short you ten minutes so they can book appointments back to back. I was hesitant to give this place a try at first, because there weren't any reviews yet. The website was also a bit confusing, because it lists member vs. non-member rates but it wasn't obvious what was involved in obtaining a membership and the non-member rates were a little higher than I wanted to pay. Luckily, the website mentioned an introductory offer of $59 for a 60 minute massage. That, and the cleanliness and ambiance evident in the photos posted by the business on Yelp convinced me to give them a try...I'm really glad I did! This was a great find! I called early in the afternoon and was able to book an appointment for just an hour later. Availability is definitely a plus in my book. Parking was easy, there's a lot behind the building. My massage therapist was courteous, professional and friendly. She checked in with me regarding what areas I wanted her to focus on and about the appropriate amount of pressure. I got a quality massage as good as any of the high end (i.e. pretentious and overly expensive) day spas at a very reasonable introductory rate. I also got a bottled water and two Andes mints after my session. Nice touch! Incidentally, the membership mentioned on the website is essentially a commitment to be charged for one massage a month at the members pricing, which is a very good value in my opinion. They are a relatively new location, which explains the lack of reviews. I predict that once word gets out, this will be a very popular place! read more

I gave this place a try after reading the reviews on Yelp (even though there were only 4 reviews at the time) I am just so glad I did, AMAZING massage. I'm extremely picky when it comes to massages, a lot of the time they are weak, literally. For such a petite woman she really does an an awesome deep tissue massage. I left in total relaxation. There are many things I really appreciate about this business. Foremost, the quality of the massage is excellent. Also the place is really clean and relaxing. I never knew about heated massage beds before, but I really enjoy them. Finally, my schedule is occasionally in flux, and they let me reschedule an appointment a bunch of times, and were very gracious and understanding about it. Honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. I'm visiting from NYC and this place was better than any massage I've gotten in the city. Very serene and clean. My masseuse Molly was incredible. They have a first time visit special, 1 hour for just $59. Plus they give you free water and as I walked out they wished me a "happy holiday" and gave me a bag of chocolate. So nice! This is hands down the best place for massage. It's beautiful inside and very relaxing, and they use all-natural products. I never had regular massages until I started going here because it is that wonderful. Chantra is a gifted massage therapist, very intuitive and knowledgeable. I have seen a huge reduction in my stress level since going regularly, and Chantra and Amy have been incredibly supportive during some particularly stressful times for me. The massage itself was fantastic! Rooms were clean and very relaxing. I had received a gift card for a 60 min massage, but decided to upgrade to 90 min. Instead of charging me the difference between the 90 and 60 min ($130 vs $95) they charged me for a 30 min massage ($55). I tried to explain that that doesn't make sense because the 90 min massage ends up being way more money, but the woman was not understanding me so I just paid.
