Spent $245 here for manicures and pedicures for myself and my kids, and at checkout, the guy refused to give us each our own loyalty stamp, claiming there is "only one stamp per visit," despite three separate people receiving services and being charged for each service. I was honestly shocked. After years of coming here, what stood out wasn't just the refusal itself, but the complete relational disconnect -- like customers are just numbers. And beyond the stamp, it was the willingness to compromise principle over something so small. If integrity is negotiable over something this small, what else is? Not worth going back. Update: The guy called back and apologized, which in itself shows integrity. We're all human and not immune to mistakes. That goes a long way. The issue was never really about the stamps, but the principle and integrity behind it. The fact that he took the time to call and apologize redeemed that for me. I hate leaving such a negative review for a local business. I went there for the first time for a powder dip manicure several weeks ago, after reading so many good reviews. I booked an appt for Saturday morning right as they open. I was very excited. The place actually looked nice and seemed clean, but the tech was horrible. I believe her name was Sena (or Senna). She was rude, rough, heavy-handed, and rushed, scolded me for moving or not moving my thumb, for not knowing the terms for different nail shapes, etc. She kept grunting the entire time and did not listen to what I was asking or requesting. I called and asked if the business could perform a builder's gel manicure. It took 3 employees to understand why I am looking for. They were quick to invite me over to discuss things, which is typical of marketing strategies. However, they had no idea what the builder gel was and what I was looking for. "Basic manicure" ...consisted of filing nails, and painting-Charged $45 for a 10 minute service. Blamed the elevated charge on a "fast dry polish(?)" ...there was also inner- chatter when you know they're talking about you with eachother. I was extremely disappointed that they took a walk in when I had an appointment at 12:30. Then I had to sit and wait for them to finish with the walk in before they took me 20 minutes later. I stopped in the spa last week for a pedicure. I waited to review to see how the pedicure held up. It has been less then a week and 3 of my toes are badly chipped. The spa says they are organic but most of the products I saw are not. Curious besides calling themselves organic what makes them an organic spa. They carry Essie, Opi, dazzle dry and more. I chose dazzle dry polish and was told it would be a $10 up charge. Dazzle dry retails for $22 a bottle so $10 extra is ridiculously high. The pedicure was ok. They do a brief hot stone massage and paraffin for your heels. Given the high up charge for polish and the chipped nails I probably won't return. read more

They have a wide array of nail polishes and do many different styles. The prices are very reasonable and the outcome is always great. The salon is very clean. This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done! They're always on time with appointments, and they are quick but thorough with their work! My gel manicure from here lasted 22 days with no chips or lifting which is much longer lasting than my gel nails from where I used to go. Only reason why I got a new manicure after 22 days is because my nails grow super fast and the gel was way too outgrown. Excellent pricing here, as well! I also love the option to book online! I had an appointment with Julia yesterday but when I walked in a different woman took me/ I've never been there before so I just went with her I explained to her my nails were really sensitive and was getting the sns powder service She didn't open any packages with new equipment and everything was used- files used/ nothing was sanitized, all game from a plastic pencil box. I saw other girls opening new packages of sanitized items so I'm not sure why that wasn't my case Besides that she used a drill to buff my nails and took the skin off where my nail bed is. It was red when I left but today it burns, is swollen and cut. I can't even wash my dishes because it hurts so badly. You'll see in my photos that my skin was taken off. I'm sad because the nail polish looks great, the shape is perfect. But I can't say I'd come back and spend 45 plus a 20 dollar tip for what I got, especially because now my fingers are killing me. read more

I liked that their services are timed (our pedicures were 45 minutes; they offer ones that are longer) and they didn't rush through it. They are gentle and mindful of not hurting you. Really enjoyed my time here today. I don't get to do much for myself so this was a nice treat. Paul was very nice and he did a nice job on my pedicure. The other technicians seemed very nice too. One of the women who works there gave me a towel to put over my sundress. Lol. It was very nice of her, since I totally forgot dresses aren't best for pedicures, and it was more comfortable than just adjusting my dress instead. For their basic pedicure you get light exfoliation and a light foot scrub with a small pumice bar. I am so glad they use the small disposable ones! If not I was going to refuse! Lol thank God because not every place uses new ones. (Pumice bars cannot be properly sanitized btw and always be disposed of afterwards). So thankful this place has good hygiene practices on that, and the files and buffers as well. I don't usually have much callus, so the light scrub was fine for me. If you're looking for more I would suggest one of their more expensive pedicures. Someone was getting one next to me, which looked nice and she was enjoying her time. It seemed like she knew the technician well. Massage was nice, not super lengthy but OK with my since I got the basic pedicure. The hot stones and paraffin on the heals was a nice touch. Their color selection is a little bit confusing at first. They keep their OPI colors all the way to the left on a different rack. I only noticed them when all the regulars started choosing from there. The only waiting area is also the drying area. Something I didn't know when I can in. Horrible. My pedicure was fine. Nothing special. Staff person barely spoke to me. Not even basics like "do u like the color" or "thank you" or "good bye". My 24 yo daughter had a horrible manicure. They filed her nails down below the finger to where the finger tips were red and irritated. She kept looking around at the other people instead of my toes - probably rushing to get to her next pedicure. She filed my toes so hard that I have a few cuts. At one point I did have to say "ouch" out loud. She was pushing my cuticles back so hard with the cuticle pusher. You really don't need to apply that much pressure. This is honestly one of the best manicures I've ever had. The staff was really nice and they really put a lot of time and effort into making my nails look good- I even had two people working on them at once at one point, and checked a couple times that the length of my nails were good and that I liked them. They handled my nail art request really well and didn't even charge me extra for it. The price was also really good for a full set of dip powder nails with gel polish. Second time I got a basic mani/pedi from Anna which are still looking stellar 5 days later.
