I was seeking an accountant/tax preparer to review past returns that I believe were incorrectly…read morefiled by another preparer and was referred to CB Accounting. My initial phone contact was pleasant and made me feel as though they had the experience and expertise we were seeking. I spoke to Seth who assured me that he could complete the review and take whatever action was needed to correct the filings. He asked that I email my docs to him securely and that he would get right back to me. After waiting nearly two weeks for a reply, I called to inquire as to status and he apologized for the delay and lack of communication. Two months later and still no response, I followed-up again. More apologies and assurances that the review would be done within the next week. Over three months later I still am waiting for a reply from Seth. My recommendation if you need accounting services, save yourself the time and grief and find yourself a better CPA firm.
