If you like waiting hours after your scheduled appointment to actually see the dr then this is the office for you. I gave up after 2 hours with 2 more patients in front of me!! I arrived at 11:30 for an 11:45 appointment & left at 1:30. Will never go back again. My time is valuable too. There are plenty of other dr. !! read more

Dr.Boffard is my favorite doctors. His sense of humor is dull but yet so funny. His work is great. The nurses are nice as well.

The doctor himself was great and very attentive. His staff however was not. His receptionist called me by the wrong name, made me wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, then gave me attitude when their phlebologist went to lunch and I refused to sit around and wait for her to come back. Worst place ever for an OBGYN! The staff was rude as hell and the wait time for my girlfriend to get blood work done and an ultrasound was over three hours. We had originally come to this location because we had come to the difficult decision that we needed to terminate a pregnancy. The process wasn't explained to us properly. We were under the impression that we were getting the services done the same day based on the information that we were provided by the staff. When we got there, we found out it was only a consultation. During the appointment, the nurse attending my girlfriend kept leaving the room and taking phone calls as if there wasn't a front desk staff. The nurse who performs the ultrasound was cold and uncaring, stating that "it was weird" that my girlfriend wanted a copy of the sonogram because we weren't keeping it. Right after leaving the ultrasound, my girlfriend was told to wait for the doctor which we did for another 20 minutes before she got up and asked the front desk nurse when the doctor would see her. The nurse responded, "I don't know how things work here." Overall, horrible experience and we will not be returning. read more

I've been going to Dr Boffard for the past 3 years after someone referred me. They're a bunch of incompetent, unprofessional idiots. For my first 3 visits they charged me the specialist copay of $50. During a conversation with my insurance company I was notified that all preventative care visits are covered at a 100% and there is no copay. This started a 3 month battle to get my $150 back and every time I go to the office I have to explain to the same receptionist that my visits are covered at 100%. Fast forward to last week.... I called the office to schedule blood work because I found out through a pee test that I'm pregnant and for some reason I was having extreme pelvic pain. The lady I spoke with stated that the test would be $15. No other fees. I get to the office for my appointment and then I get notified that since this isn't a preventative care visit I have a copay of $50. Called my insurance company they said no, it's $30. Apparently the $15 I was quoted was not for blood work but rather a pee test. The blood of work is another $25. After paying, I spend 2 hours waiting to see the doctor .... during the visit he found a cyst on my ovary and told me that I need to have an additional ultrasound completed. I was then charged another $30. Now I've spent a total of $100 and I'm waiting on the doctor to speak to me. One of the ladies stated it's best to leave and I'll get a call the next day. I called for 3 days straight .... at first they didn't have the results then the doctor wasn't there to read it. Imagine being pregnant for the first time and being told that you have a cyst on your ovary...: you're having pelvic pain and can't get to see the doctor. After a lot of fuss I was scheduled for an appointment only to get there and be told that the doctor wasn't going to be able to see me anytime soon because he wasn't even at the office. Another fussing session and I'm scheduled for 2 days later in the evening. I get there only to be told that I need to spend another $30 to have them give me my results. When I refused the office manager decided to be a condescending *unt bag. I've since asked for them to release my records and she notified me that by law they have a month to compete the release. So let me get this straight.... you have a pregnant woman with a cyst on her ovary and as a woman you're willing to let her go a month without her documents???? Then that twat has the nerve to tell me that it's $1 per sheet of paperwork. Let's just say, that I was 2 seconds away from catching a charge. Save your time and your money. read more

Dr Boffard himself is an excellent doctor but his front desk staff are rude as hell customer service horrible love the Dr but I'll Definitely be looking for another GYN I hate bad customer service! read more

Dr. Boffard is great, very knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel very safe. He can rush the appointments sometimes but overall, I had a great experience with him. The wait time is very long but the nurses and support staff were amazing. I had to go to Dr. Boffard for an emergency that my normal OBGYN couldn't treat but she highly recommended me to him and I'm glad she did. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this practice because it's so far away from me but I had a great experiences the 3 times that I went there. read more

Dr Boffard has put me at ease came in for emergency visit and could I tell you the staff and the doctor did there jobs. The office is under renovation, so far it's coming along nice. I was out of there less than 2 hours mind you I was a walk in same day got a ultra sound done and everything. This was heaven sent !! read more

Dr. Boffard was such a pleasure to go to. He was recommended highly from the perinatal department because I had complications with my pregnancy. He saw me immediately and was very friendly and professional. My surgery was two days later and it was painless. He made sure I was very comfortable. Saint Barnabas was very good and the nurses were amazing. I saw Dr. Boffard for my follow up today and thanked him for making this procedure a little easier on me. He's is truly the best!!! read more
