Owner of store is by far the rudest person I've ever met. I was double charged so I called the business to find out when my money was being returned. Fair question. The owner misheard something I said and way over reacted and refused to listen. Even after I corrected him, he continued to insist I said something different. He kept escalating the problem by raising his voice. Would not listen and called me Karen, he used the R word on the phone with me.
After I attended his business upon his request so that I can show him my credit card statement he continue to berate me and tell me what he assumed I said (which I didn't) .... I believe that's called gaslighting. I must have told him at least 10 times I didn't say what he was accusing me of saying and he kept raising his voice and insisting.
He then threw money at me from his personal wallet and told me the I am the worst customer he's ever had an that I am not welcome in his business. Which is really not a problem because I did not plan on ever going back there after the way I was treated and yelled at. He asked me to tell all of my friends not to shop there either which is why I posted the recording publicly on my social media and the reason I'm leaving this review.
After the interaction in the store,
He followed me to the parking lot and yelled at me further regarding the way I parked. He yelled at me that he did not like me and just seemed completely out of control. I felt threatened.
He is so unprofessional. I recorded the whole interaction in the store as I was scared and was being verbally assaulted. . I will spend the rest of my days telling my friends and anyone who will listen not to shop here.
Go somewhere where they ACTUALLY value their customers, act like adults, and don't use the R word.
