We chose Rebuildit because we liked the salesman so much, even though the price was a little more than we wanted to pay. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then two days for installation. The two installers were very skilled at their work, and very neat. They corrected things that were not quite right about the previous shower installation, and made everything all neat and tidy before they started the installation. They put in a solid, waterproof wall, and everything looked watertight and sturdy. The second day, they installed the acrylic panels and mouldings, and the results were terrific. We can't believe how terrific our shower looks, and how comfortable it is for showering. It's very easy to clean, too.

I am so grateful for their quick response and for getting the issue resolved! It was pretty stressful not having electricity in half the house. Diego is great! And then I waited and waited and waited. The painter, Jeff, not so good. He didn't take off any light covers, door pulls or tape anything off. Consequently I had a lot of cleanup as there was paint on many hinges, my shower surround next to the door moulding, the switch covers and door pulls and splatters on my new floor tile. Sloppy and unprofessional work. I talked to Diego and sent pictures on February 5th. He promised to come out in a week as he had become a new father but that's the last I've heard from him and it's the end of March. Diego is very friendly and fun to talk to and he himself does meticulous work. It's the other aspects of his business that definitely need work.
