I called and requested tracking. She said as a small business, the post office does not provide them with tracking, which is a lie. The truth was, it had not even shipped and the following day I was finally emailed tracking numbers. She also was very unfriendly, and plain rude aside of her lies, she hung up on me! I will not be a return customer and I hope you consider this before becoming a customer too. You'd think they would care about their customers and actually WANT them to return.
