I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails! I'd totally recommend Dr. Schupp for any back pair or injuries.

When I asked about the clinic masking policy (staff do not wear masks over their noses, the chiropractors rarely wear masks over their mouth OR nose), Wade was defensive and flippant to my stance on public health concerns. Other patients are not wearing masks and in the small waiting room and office space, there is no area to wait if you are uncomfortable with the set up. Overall, the experience I had at this practice made me feel like just an opportunity for cash rather than a patient. Very disappointing given their lack of coverage with many local insurers and the fact that you may be paying out of pocket $50 for each visit up to 3-4 times a week.

Never have I experienced this abc method that Dr. Aberle uses. I originally went to see Dr. Aberle for some muscle work I needed on my shoulder. It had been bothering me for years. I got the muscle work that day but I was also educated on the abc method. My shoulder problem went away. I go every week for a treatment and my whole back has never felt better. My posture has gradually improved. I understand that the abc method doesn't have a stage were you are "done". I just know that for two years now I have a lot less back pain and I credit Dr. Aberle and this abc method for that. I would highly recommend you go see him.
