The salon was impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone. Cassandra did an amazing job with my cut and color. I couldn't be happier with the results and felt that she really understood what I wanted. The overall atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and professional. My grandma now goes to her and this was my first time switching over to her. She was AMAZING fitting me in a little last notice (my vacay snuck up on me and I DESPERATELY needed a hair cut). We had a miscommunication about my appointment time and she went so far above and beyond to make it up to me. Plus I have cancer and am going to have to back on chemo which really thins my hair. She was so kind and considerate of this and helped me pick a style that would keep my hair looking thicker. I honestly just can't say enough good things about her. She's very passionate about her career and it shows. Not to mention everyone in the salon (even costumers) were so kind, very comfortable environment. Highly recommend.
