Despite a short five-minute drive between locations, the moving truck took 30 minutes to arrive. Upon inspecting my belongings, I discovered that my items had not been properly padded or secured during transport. Specifically, the dining room table base has substantial holes on two sides. Additionally, a wood sofa table fell apart during the move. It appeared that an unsuccessful and undisclosed attempt was made to repair the table before I saw it, which I find purposefully deceitful. The crew failed to disclose any of this damage until I pointed it out myself. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the crew attempted to take the 65-inch TV box, for which I specifically paid $125.00.
