I'm actually quite surprised to be the first to review Charlotte Mag!…read more In a sea of meh local magazines and papers, Charlotte Magazine stands out from the crowd. Not only is the magazine pretty to look at, it has (in my opinion) some of the best, freshest and most interesting content out there. I especially love the fashion and food sections and always look forward to reading the interviews with local chefs and entrepreneurs. The editors here are certainly in the know with what's hoppin' in the Queen City and my day always turns up a bit when I find this little treasure in my mailbox. As mentioned, the features are really great and I'm always dog-earing pages for later. This is not a magazine that rests on its laurels and advertising sales - the content is king. I especially love the Best of The Best issue every year and was really impressed with both the beer feature and the 100 best dishes in Charlotte issue in 2010. If you want to be in the know for Charlotte happenings and entertained in the mean time, Charlotte mag is a great option. Keep it up Charlotte mag and keep it local!

They don't even bother to list public facilities that are part of the public record in articles listing such facilities.
