She had great ideas on how to maximize the value of our home, and superb judgment regarding which home improvements to invest in and which ones would not provide a financial return. We have no doubt that her exceptional skills and tireless efforts increased the sale value of our house by a very large amount. Jill's high level of expertise gave us confidence that we could count on her completely to manage the process which really minimized our stress. I have been working with Bold for many years in residential and business real estate. Jill Ehrenfeld recently listed a condo for us in Chapel Hill. She did some updates with paint and carpet and the condo sold in one day. We got a huge percentage more and ended up with many people bidding in a bidding war. She had done a preview of the condo for two days and then took bids. The product sold in a matter of hours at a price we could not believe. Jill knows what she is doing. Bold has a great website and it is kept up to date. She is well known and respected in the business. I am in investor, so I only use the best.
