Nice people, great selection and variety. I visit one particular vendor every time and spend money there. They have some nice items at reasonable prices. Everything is clean, that is what I like. My favorite thrift store in Dunn! I recently moved to the area and found this place not too far from me. It's consignment style so there's "booths" & lots of unique things to look at. Prices are great, service is helpful & friendly and they sell coffee/drinks as well. Lots of great toys, glass/crystal ware, clothes and home decor. Boleka's is a combination resale, thrift, antique and coffee shop. The ordinary outside contrasts with the bright and organized interior. There are several vendor shops within, with mostly pegboard or tall furniture marking the separate sections. It doesn't have a musty smell, and things seem to be kept in good condition. There's something for everyone, both used and new: home decor, clothing, kids toys, wedding, china, dresses, jewelry, furniture, paintings, and (my favorite) an impressive collection of vinyl -- as in 33-1/3 rpms. It's easy to spend a lot of time just looking through the different shops. It doesn't matter if you need anything, it's just fun to see it all. Grab a coffee and head over to the used vinyl record corner. A good amount of bins to dig through. Selection changes regularly so it's worth stopping in every so often. Today I picked up 5 albums. Only one was a reissue copy. 1 yes album and 4 Blue oyster Cult. Recommend looking the records over before buying. Some may have scratches others just surface wear or light marks that don't effect the play of the record after their cleaned up. read more

This place really has a lot of cool stuff and I love to look around (especially at the vinyls!) But I don't know if I'll be coming back because of what happened yesterday. I brought a friend who had never been and we were going to look for clothes for my new niece. It was around 4:15 (mind you the store closes at 6). When we walked up a couple of people were moving a dresser out of the store so we waited for them to finish. The lady who greeted us at the door was very nice and told us to go on in. I assume she was an employee just because of the way she said it and the fact that she was helping move the dresser out. So we went on in, and that's when I got a very rude and flat, "MAAM, we're closing" from the woman at the counter. I don't know but she might have been the owner. That's it. No apology or explanation. How were we to know you were closing early? There was no sign on the door or anything. Also, maybe I'm just being petty, but she was also wearing her mask below the nose and that did not sit well with me. If you decided to close early, fine. But don't treat your potentially paying customers like a burden or a pest or theyre not gonna come back. Just saying. read more

I adore this store. There is something for everyone and the owner Marcia is sweet and kindhearted. With multiple vendors, the store changes frequently and the prices are fair and competitive.
