He answered and took my information and had a quote to me within 24 hours. His quote was incredibly reasonable so I moved forward. He was able to provide me with a copy of his insurance as all trees were very close to structures, a fence, shed, deck, and my house. I was scheduled within a week due to some rain in the forecast. He and his team showed up on-time, as expected, and began working quickly but carefully. They had all of the necessary equipment, knowledge, and experience to remove the trees safely and protect my property. They were also very kind, polite, and easy to communicate with. There was not one piece of any of the trees that came down in a location that was not intended by the crew and in some cases was tied off and lowered to the ground piece by piece. Large logs were removed and a pile of scrap firewood was left for our use later. The supervisor checked with me during the day to insure that we were on the same page.
