He answered and took my information and had a quote to me within 24 hours. His quote was incredibly reasonable so I moved forward. His reviews and photos mirrored the type of company you would want to work with. He was able to provide me with a copy of his insurance as all trees were very close to structures, a fence, shed, deck, and my house. I was scheduled within a week due to some rain in the forecast. He and his team showed up on-time, as expected, and began working quickly but carefully. They had all of the necessary equipment, knowledge, and experience to remove the trees safely and protect my property. They were also very kind, polite, and easy to communicate with. There was not one piece of any of the trees that came down in a location that was not intended by the crew and in some cases was tied off and lowered to the ground piece by piece. We had one large tree that we had Bolen's cut down. We were told it could probably be done in a…read moreday and given cost per day. We were charged for 2 days and their days ended at 2 PM. It cost us $1900 instead of $950. We were also promised a log splitter to finished the job. After 4 phone calls and promises of log splitter delivery to finish the job, we quit calling. Three months later, our yard looks a mess with large pieces to be split. They are not true to their word.
