Cannot recommend this place enough. Was in the midst of a roadtrip from the southeast to visit family when my A/C abruptly shut off. I call them as they were the only place open on our route who answered the phone at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon. I was a couple of hours from home when my Cadenza overheated, and Bolt Auto Care took care of me like I was a local regular. They replaced my radiator and thermostat quickly, kept me updated the whole time, and treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism. What really stood out was what happened after the repair. I had some more unforeseen issues but they still stepped in, offered help, and did everything they could to support me even though I was already several miles into my trip home. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. They turned a stressful situation into something I walked away from feeling grateful for. My car is back!!! These mechanics are awesome, I have never had this kind of amazing service before. Over the weekend, my car stalled and I was frantically looking for a shop. At the time of the occurrence, all shops had closed. I reached out via Facebook messenger to this shop and they responded immediately for me to tow the car there and they'll fix it during their business hours. when I arrived at the shop, I was in scrubs when I arrived at the shop, they asked if I was just getting off a shift and I said yes. They diagnosed my car, told me to go to sleep and by the time I wake up, my car will be ready. In my head, I was like I am in a small town, no taxi and I had borrowed one of my colleague's car to get around. I guess he understood what I was thinking and he said he'll bring the car to the house for me. It'll be there before I have to go to work. True , I just woke up and my car is waiting for me in the yard, I just opened my door right now and the car is sitting in front of me. I am just blown away with this kind of service. HIGHLY recommend this business. Our air conditioning went out south of Dallas around noon. It was literally 100 degrees and luckily we drove to this place. I would not even give these guys 1. Star. DO NOT bring a car here for an inspection. You will be told you need new wipers, new air filters, new lamps, etc It is absolutely a fraud and this happens to everyone. They try to upsell you on things you don't need so beware!! read more
