I went this place for oil change last time and made appointment for Ac check,I went in and ask the girl if any charge for check and how much for fix it please let me know first her name Teresa I think,and she said yes,after that it cost for over 2k5 for fix Ac but Buick Ardmore was charged 1k8, I said I will think about it but went out they gave me a bill for $200.00 just for check it up,it was ridiculous to me ,then I went open trunk of my car,couple stuffs they didnt put back together in my car after check I have to come home and put it back together and because I already told her that but i still charge for $200 for nothings,they didnt put anythings cold inside to check ,Ac was hotter than,they just break it and asked me pay for it .I will never be back for any services. read more

BEWARE OF THE RAM=DODGE SERVICE/REPAIR!!I am from out of state and my truck started having trouble in Maysville and had to pull off the highway. After letting it cool down I drove it to Gainsville Tx as that was the closest dealership and being from out of town I wanted to go to somewhere I could trust, boy was u wrong. I got there Thursday morning and they said it was busy and would be awhile. It was 4 Days before they diagnosed the truck. Before I left an employee gave me the name and number of another mechanic shop and told me he would save me alot of money and fix it right. I should have listened but figured he was disgruntled instead he was being honest. After having my truck for 4 days they said it needed a $3000 dollar filter. I called the dealership I use and another local one and they both told me that filter can be regenerated and doesn't need to be replaced but the service advisor was adamant about it being bad and said the truck wont run with it being bad, although I just drove it to them about 10 miles at 70 mph pulling a trailer. I had them go ahead and fix it as I needed my truck as it was now 5 days they have had it. I paid $3875 and got my truck back home and had to take it the my dealership where they fixed the problem for $300 and did not charge me a diagnosing fee because the felt I had been scammed by this dealer. They technician said they should have started with the issue he fixed and they should have regenerated the expensive filter He said that I would probably have to come back to see him for this because the truck had a fuel issue they did not fix and I drove it back to my house from their location and he was right. I had to bring it to them for them to regenerate the $3000 filter they replaced. When i called the service manger he kept reading procedures and policies to me instead of listening and trying to solve my issue. I had to end the conversation when he said he was mad he didn't GET ME FOR MORE MONEY AND I SHOULD JUST APPRECIATE BEING ABLE TO GET MY TRUCK BACK HOME. I was going to loose my cool. They missed diagnosed my truck, cost me $3000 and 5 days with them then 2 trips to my dealership where they had to fix my problems which they did in a matter of hours for little money. The service manager also told me he didn't care about parts or money only labor hours and they fixed the issue on my truck that cost the most in labor hours even though it was a symptom and not the problem. I would not go there as they are what gives auto repair businesses a bad reputation for taking advantage of people who are in a tough spot. read more

I've tried using the Chevy dealership for vehicle inspections and warranty repairs for many years, because I only buy chevy and the dealership is only a few miles from my house. I hoped that when the dealership changed hands that things would improve, but it is all the same. The mechanics will tear your windshield wiper blades when you go in for inspection. If you have a chip in your windshield, they will strike it with the palm of their hands to make it spread. They will pry trim loose so that it blows off at highway speeds. When the service manager provides poor service, he will say that his diabetes caused him to have low blood sugar... that excuse was used twice, so maybe he needs help managing his health. I went in for recall service, was told that parts needed to be ordered. The parts were never ordered. They didn't follow up. I can't believe how stupid that I have been continuing to hope that service would improve over the years. Thankfully, my experience with other local non-dealership service centers has been very good. read more

This review is all about the sales dept. I recently bought a car from This dealership. The process was good and fine and they were very nice. My problem comes with the fact that when they were taking the stickers off the windshield, 2 rock chips were in the windshield. I was told we would work something out in regards to fixing it. I have sent the bill to fix it to the salesman I worked with twice now, called him several times each time getting voicemail, called and asked for a sales manager and only got a voice mail there and got nothing back either via email or phone call. The fact that they won't communicate with me is the biggest thing. I could take it if they just told me they weren't gonna help with the cost of fixing it. I would respect them more than just leaving me completely hanging. But after a month now since I bought the car and no response has lead me to leaving this review. read more
