After visiting multiple stores and being constantly disappointed with how pixilated the scan was, I decided it was time to give Dallas Media Center a shot! Realizing that scanning one photo was a fairly small task, I was not sure if they'd even do it. But, I went by there was was promptly greeted, reassured they could do it, and they did it within an hour! They blew away my expectations with how well they did - they even did some touch up work to truly perfect the photo. They were very responsive when invoicing me and taking payment however It was like pulling teeth to get them to actually put the sign in. During that process I had some neon added to our main sign in front of our business. It stopped working around the end of may/ beginning of June and still hasn't been repaired it's (now august 1st) Every week it's "it'll be fixed Friday" "it'll be fixed Monday" and no one ever shows up I will not use these guys for anymore signs and I recommend you don't either. They'll take your money no problem, but any services after that are a crapshoot We're currently looking for a new company that can come repair the sign since these guys are never going to come service it

The good: The exam was good…read more The Bad: The new glasses themselves were shockingly expensive, and the lenses are not as good as the 12 year old glasses they are meant to replace. I sent them back to be re-done because the first time they were like straight-up readers (not what I asked for). When they came back the second time they were slightly better but feel almost like progressives because they are still too "reader like" and the prime focus area is below-center. I don't know how to say "I want the best focus to be 4-6+ feet away" The Ugly: I doubt I'll ever wear these glasses and will stick to the beat-up,scratched-up ones that just work.

Don't be scared to use them!!! Unfortunately my date and I didn't use it bc we were shy lol. Or at least I think. Once u go up to the GEO DECK, there's a machine by the elevator which u put ur email and whatnot with the code the camera lady gave you and BAM, you see the photo. You can make prints or just email yourself the photo which is free. So just do that. It's so cute and I love how they have props!
