I signed the contract for a brand new sofa and brand new love seat to be delivered to my house. DFH delivered to me a damaged sofa, which they further damaged, and then they damaged the new love seat. Both were sent back to store but DFH still charged me. Story: DFH phoned me to set the appointment to deliver my new sofa and love seat. 5-9pm on Sunday was the time they gave me promising to come earlier if possible. I sat home all afternoon and eve and finally phoned the dispatcher at 840pm. She said they were done for the day and that they could schedule me for 5-9 on Monday eve. I demanded Monday morning. They sent 2 females in a truck. The females damaged both pieces of furniture. They over-drilled one front leg on the sofa so that it stripped the socket and the leg was hanging off the sofa. Had to be sent back. They sat the unwrapped loveseat on it's side on my front patio pavers to turn it so they ground in dirt and caused permanent damage. They insisted per the contract I owed them $65. I am fighting this payment and I am requesting legal mediation to settle this dispute! BEWARE of this company.
