When it came moving day, they showed up on time, had moving blankets and dollies for the big pieces and were very careful with each piece of furniture. Without even so much as a blink, Jacob knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed the fridge in less than 10 minutes. Turned out that his experience taught him that the particular model of icebox we have is well known for this particular issue (faulty fan).
