My biggest complaint is that after I was rejected I sent in an 18lb box of all of my original medical documents which was not cheap. I sent updates daily with tracking and updates. That was a month ago. Last time I talked to them they said they didn't know where it was because they didn't pick it up from the post office. It's frustrating that I took the time and spent the money for nothing. Now I don't know how I'll indicate medical diagnosis since they do t seem to be able to access or request medical records. Anyway. There's that.
