This review is an addendum to my review dated 5/4/2014. I spoke to Philip today and we had a very pleasant conversation which cleared up many misunderstandings. I realize I am not the only client and case managers are not always available. However, the individuals who answer the phone should be more responsible when answering phones. When a client asks to speak to the case manager, it may be a necessity and very urgent.
