I paid $250.00/cash for about 1-hour and 15-minutes for two men to walk around the exterior of my home, power washing from the roof line and/or gutter line down. I am very disappointed. Now, I need to hand scrub the cement spills on my home and clean the windows because now there is water marks on all of them.

It was a reasonable price. They were able to see me the next week. Juan arrived with his brother and they were very considerate to my property. Debris was placed in bags and what fell to the ground was tidied up before they left. Juan noted that some of the gutters were loose and screwed them in for a minor additional fee. I recommend Mid Michigan Pressure Washer highly!

Kenan was a great communicator and took care to ensure that my newly poured cement porch did not get power-washed, per my instructions. He came right on time, finished the job, and took me around to inspect. Kenan is very conscientious about his work and takes pride in a job well-done. Now my house and garage look like they have new vinyl siding!

I explained to him that it had to be perfect since we are selling our home. My house was a huge challenge.....VERY dirty. I have 2 large decks, ranch style home with many windows. We had both decks, entire house, sidewalk, cement porch, all windows and the screens for a low price. Each job is different and priced accordingly, so I will not disclose what I paid, but it was $150 less than the competitors. They arrived on time and ready to work! I had green mold on the north side of the house that I thought would never come off....I was wrong. They offered quality work and they took great care in what they did. Luke, the crew leader was so polite and prior to leaving asked if we could do a walk around to make sure it was to my satisfaction. It was. Daniel worked with our schedule, showed up on time, and kept us updated every step of the way. What really stood out was how easy he made the whole process.
