Libby refused to take ownership and only refunded $13 she claimed was on record, despite the full order being much more. I have documentation that contradicts what she provided, yet the issue was closed anyway. I chose not to continue fighting for the remaining $90 due to time, not because the claim was invalid. She clearly needed the money more than I did the product. Do NOT BUY FROM HER. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
