Si l'on peut comprendre qu'une caissière ne soit pas une experte en café, le barista qui manipule la machine à café devrait parfaitement maîtriser les recettes classiques comme le café mocha et traiter les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme. Je suggère respectueusement au responsable de former correctement le personnel sur les boissons de base et les standards de service client afin que cela ne se reproduise plus.
