The owner says she is for disabled children but how can you be when you offer a product and never can execute on the approval or delivery and lie to customers...She'll probably run her rude mouth on this review looking for sympathy. Don't give it to her and listen to the consumers.... This place is terrible and she lies. I really feel bad for her staff to have to work with this woman. This place needs an ethics review because the owner is garbage! They said this, when I called my insurance company and my insurance is indeed in network---- "We truly regret to inform you that your insurance verification for the Pediatric Wheelchairs & Strollers (Wagons) has not been approved at this time due to being out of network with your current policy. Our contracting is continually working diligently on being accepted in more plans."

I am writing to express my…read morefrustration regarding the unacceptable handling of my order by Baby's on Broadway and their refusal to honor the approved equipment for my child. We began the process with Baby's on Broadway in July as they carry the necessary equipment. After submitting a Letter of Medical Necessity, Anthem approved the order on September 20, 2024. However, on November 5, 2024, I was abruptly notified by email that my order was being canceled, citing that Anthem is now considered out-of-network, with no prior warning or explanation. I was further instructed not to contact Baby's on Broadway due to a claimed lack of bandwidth to respond. When I spoke to Trisha at Baby's on Broadway, she told me that if I was "that upset," I could simply order the Wonderfold directly from the website; which is ultimately what we did for our medically fragile child. After multiple attempts to contact Baby's on Broadway and discussions with BCBS, they are IN-Network, I learned that the BOB, is in active litigation with them, and as a result, orders are being refused. It seems other insurance carriers have caught onto the scheming, and shady business practices; https://bringmethenews.com/minnesota-news/minnesota-baby-shop-owner-admits-to-9-million-fraud-operation

Doug and Kolby are great people, I called Doug at We Haul For You, to fix what Unique Movers…read morecouldn't do. Kolby and his crew showed up on time, rearranged my 26 foot Uhaul that had been loaded badly already (moving to Alaska from MN). Got everything nice and snug, and then loaded what I needed from my apt and garage with a little room to spare. Kolby and his young crew were very respectful and moved things quickly, asking me along the way what should be loaded or not. My stuff was complicated. Got it done in a minimal amount of time too. The following day, I went to uhaul to pick up a car hauler, only to find out that they could only hook the trailer to the truck and help to load my vehicle, but they couldn't strap my vehicle to the trailer. Also the trailer didn't have straps, it was a toy hauler. I am a senior women, I don't know how to do this. After calling a friend for suggestions, and a tow company that couldn't do it, I called Doug. They were just finishing a moving job, he said they'd be there in about 30 minutes. And they were. Doug went with me into the uhaul store and picked out the straps I needed, and he and Kolby got my Jeep all strapped down. Even checked that the trailer was on the truck hitch correctly. They saved me twice, I am so thankful, I was finally able to get on the road. If you need movers, call Doug. Doug and Kolby are wonderful, and they will calmly, quickly and respectfully get your move done.

Ben and Vern were my two movers, and they were super strong, kind, quick, efficient, professional and had everything packed up in an hour! Once we got to the new place, they unloaded in the same amount of time, and helped me lay out the rug in the bedroom too! They took super good care of my stuff, no damages at all, and were encouraging each other throughout the process and it was great to see their teamwork! I am super appreciative of Doug, Ben and Vern for their help with my move! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, guys!

My car radio, which was purchased in 1998, finally gave up the ghost. Lakes Audio was able to find…read moreme a simple (used) radio without all the bells and whistles that confuse an older person like me. The cost was very reasonable, and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Recently had an opportunity to experience a "full detail" for my vehicle at Lakes Audio. I was…read moreoverly enthusiastic for the appointment because, let's be honest- we were in need of a good cleaning. Putting the cleaning in perspective Lakes Audio did accomplish some serious cleaning. The raw corn was no longer scattered about the trunk, no strange smells lingered, and I left with a whopping $2.63 in spare change that I thought had been lost forever. I was also provided a lovely cardboard box for loose items and a brand spanking new paper floor mat at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Talk about a score! Once the joy of my newfound loose chance wealth and free paper products wore off I will say I found myself a bit surprised at a few of the results of the detail. Color me crazy, but I thought a standard wash would be included in a car appointment (in the several details i've had done prior with other companies I've always had the luxury of leaving the lot without the hand drawn "wash me" smearing remaining on the back hatch of the car). No big deal, just a surprise. I did call after the appointment in to clarify what a full detail included (hindsight-- if you want a wash that needs to be clarified as it is an additional service :( ). Anyway-- I am DYING to know what kind of wizard carpet cleaner these people are using. My shampooed carpets were 110% dry upon pickup, and the leaves I piked off the rear carpets had even managed not only to dry, but to retain their original shape and dry flaky quality. It allowed me the opportunity to break out the trusty old shopvac, which in turn led to the discovery of sand under all 4 floor mats. They must have treated the old rig to a cleaning on a beach- lucky car!!!!! I also got the unexpected joy of an afternoon arm workout as I wiped down the sticky spots and mud that remained on the center dash and rear doors. I'm wondering if it was hard to see these spots given that I still believe the vehicle must have been cleaned on or near the beach (hello sand piles) and perhaps the sun was blinding? Unfortunately the paper floor mat met its devise shortly after the appointment (does not appear to be a 4 season mat), and the $2.63 in found change didn't even cover a carwash at the local gas station. In hindsight-- the loose change would have paid for a good session at the local gas station vacuum, and a $7 car wash would have done 100% more to remove the untouched exterior dirt. If my math serves me correctly, that leaves me paying $200 for a wipe down that could have been done at home. A $10 investment in Clorox wipes might have been the route to go, but hey- at lease the good old car got a nice day at the beach.
