I 10/10 DO NOT Recommend Baby's on Broadway for anything DME Related. I am writing to express my frustration regarding the unacceptable handling of my order by Baby's on Broadway and their refusal to honor the approved equipment for my child. We began the process with Baby's on Broadway in July as they carry the necessary equipment. After submitting a Letter of Medical Necessity, Anthem approved the order on September 20, 2024. However, on November 5, 2024, I was abruptly notified by email that my order was being canceled, citing that Anthem is now considered out-of-network, with no prior warning or explanation. I was further instructed not to contact Baby's on Broadway due to a claimed lack of bandwidth to respond. When I spoke to Trisha at Baby's on Broadway, she told me that if I was "that upset," I could simply order the Wonderfold directly from the website; which is ultimately what we did for our medically fragile child. After multiple attempts to contact Baby's on Broadway and discussions with BCBS, they are IN-Network, I learned that the BOB, is in active litigation with them, and as a result, orders are being refused. After reading so many reviews, I decided to buy a Rava Nuna from them. As soon as the order went through I realized it was the wrong color, I contacted them right away to change to the color I wanted. Maybe they were too busy but they sent me the wrong color. After emailing them back and forth the owner contacted me and went out of her way to fix the problem for me which I very much appreciated. She continued to keep me updated with my tracking and everything. The owner, Adelle, is super sweet and extremely helpful, but I think she takes on too much for her business and does not know how to handle stressful situations. Over the last few months while waiting on my order, I have caught her stumbling upon her words and contradicting "facts" on posts over social media. Instead of taking the high road and owning up to her mistakes, she always has excuses, (whether it be personal, her employees' fault, other customers bashing her, etc) and turns unprofessional in her reactions to customers on social media.
