After a bit of research I made an appointment with Laney at Brazilian Butterfly. I was so pleased with my service. Laney was professional, skilled and personable and was able to put you at ease right away. She was quick and thorough as well. The salon was clean and they observed very sanitary practices (no double dipping in the wax). I wish they were in my hometown. I highly recommend them.

Need I say more?? Last week I had my long hair trimmed, after a beautician-standard head massage, and then blow-dried, for just over half of what fancy salons in Civic charge. No loud music. No pressure to colour it or buy products. Today I had a proper pedicure. I say "proper" because those nail salons in the mall do not provide a relaxing, individualised, or dignified experience. I also had my eyelashes "permed" (who knew?) and tinted, which will save me time in the mornings! Five stars from me. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy!
