DO NOT give them any business and if you make the mistake of doing so, protect yourself with a contract that specifies the scope of work, the defined product, the timeline and how you will be updated. Your company is very unprofessional. I will like a REFUND! The information you gave me after I asked for my money back were incorrect. The address that you gave me is the address where his girlfriend works not where he works. They both drive similar cars, which means you provided me with information on the wrong individual. There wasn't any updates, of which I requested, at all. I didn't get any pictures or proof of work that I am able to provide to prove the work was done. Upon further review of your business I have found that you are not even accredited by the BBB (Better business bureau). I am requesting an immediate refund of 1500.00 dollars within the next 5 business days. This company is definitely a fraud. Don't waste your time or money on this company. Beware - Complete Scam and Waste of Money This was by far the worst $1500 I've ever spent. Dorian Bond took my money and provided absolutely nothing in return. He started the investigation on August 14th and didn't bother to respond until November 17th. When he finally did respond, he had the audacity to ask us to provide our own research that we had uncovered. He conducted three half-hearted visits that yielded no results, and his communication was atrocious. Calls and emails were completely ignored for weeks. When he finally responded, he refused to explain anything about his work and outright refused to issue a refund. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam artist. He clearly has no regard for his clients and is completely uninterested in doing any real work. I called the main number. Ms. Michelle texted me a different "Bond Investigations" numbered . I called and spoke with a Dorian, who was rude, obnoxious, on steroids. Full name is without a doubt Dorian Sucks! This person refused to listen to questions about the service offered and fees. The person refused to listen to the investigative services needed. The low rating means you should not waste 1 Penney of your money on this company because "Dorian Sucks", big time! read more

This individual and agency is strictly interested in collecting a fat fee upfront and doing absolutely nothing to earn it. He showed up once after collecting several thousand dollars for a serious project. No way his one day of work at $150 an hour was anywhere equivalent to the time and effort for which we contracted. Dorian Bond is a 100% con man. If I could give him zero or negative stars, I definitely would. Do not hire him for any reason. Better to buy some high quality surveillance or recording equipment and do it yourself. A lot cheaper and you will at least get some results. Filed a complaint with the state licensing board for private investigators. This supposed investigator has a license to steal and he uses it. read more

Dorian Bond lacks integrity. He was friendly during the initial discussions, lied about the 2500.00 deposit would cover the first 20 hours of work . Services were not performed as promised. He sent an amateur to take photos. The photos were out of focus , didn't use a flash to take night photos , unable to identify faces. Only took a few photos and failed to send more of better quality as promised. He discontinued responding to my request to provide updates until I disputed the credit card charge, then he threatened to take me to court. I failed to research his company prior to paying the deposit , I would have discovered many complaints that mirror the fraud I experienced. Please see YouTube videos if you are considering hiring him. Review his contract prior to paying the deposit,'do not use the payment method he recommends as you will be unable to dispute charge's , only use a credit card to pay , this will allow charges to be disputed when he fails to provide services . read more

Run....avoid Bond Investigations. This guy is a total fraud. The other reviews are spot on. He does absolutely nothing for you. I was quoted one rate, then he charged me more and never returned the difference. That was the first flag that I should have been aware of...I had a court case and I gave him plenty of lead time. I had to call him several times for updates. When I would call him, he would give some convoluted explanations of what he was doing. Much of the info that he gave me was info that I could obtain myself with a Google search. I ended up hiring another PI that found the information I needed in one day. This guy is a fraud. Avoid him...There are other more competent PI's out there. read more

Dorian Bond or Bond Investigations is a completely fraud. If I have read the other reviews before my case I would have totally avoid this person who is a scam. He charges a high price but does nothing for you. DO NOT spend your money on his "service" He waisted a whole month of my time to do nothing/no updates or always in his fake meetings. Bond Investigation, more so Dorian Bond, is an absolute JOKE of a business. Not only do they [he] fail to provide updates, they [he] are extremely TERRIBLE at responding to inquiries. And when they [he] do respond, it's so vague and short, you're left with more questions than answers. Next, take their [his] services. I could have hired a toddler with a playschool camera to provide better surveillance footage than the crud they [he] sent over. Then, when it came time to confront their [his] poor services and demand a refund, it was more of the same responses; mostly crickets!! This clown is an absolute thief!! Paid Mr. Bond to represent me in criminal matter. He never did any work and when I asked him for a refund he kept putting me off saying he was in a meeting. Eventually he stop taking my calls I filed a fraud report on his office he is a total fraud. read more

If I could give him less than a 1 star I would. Hired Dorian to do some PI work for me, and he used a really crappy iPhone or some other type of phone for video surveillance. He hired other PI's to do his own dirty work when he should have been the one to go down and travel to the location where I needed the work to be performed. Horrible experience with this PI, do not use them. You will be sorry. You have been warned. Someone should hire a PI on this guy, to see how bad he really is.. read more

This guy is a total fraud. I asked him to find a missing person, and he did an internet search -- something I had already done - -something ANYONE could do. Whenever I called him, he said, "I'll be back to you in 15 minutes with an update." He then asked for more money. After a week of this nonsense, I filed a fraud report with the Arizona Attorney General. This guy is a fake and should be ashamed of himself. I want my money back.
