Very bad security agency! Very racist, very profiling. It the people that are dressed well get profiled where the idiot kids smoking pot on the terrace through a vape pen and put alcohol in their drinks under age get a free pass... if you dress like a slut your respected if you dress professionally you get cops called on you by them and told to leave for doing what they allow everyone else to do. My suggestion is if you go anywhere and see this agency badges don't shop at the place they attempt to secure. The places I ran into them was several Dutch Bros Coffee locations I figured since I got yelled at by one I should try another. For 2 years I been coming to dutch no where but Arizona has it been this uncomfortable to be. I Love dutch bros I love the service, the people, even the owner... but the security company has made me and a bunch of my friends leave. Horizon high school students even got together and decided not to go here, every time I look at Snapchat someone's posting a pic or video of proof these security guards suck! There were several videos posted of two professionally dressed people getting verbally abused in line by one of the security agents, I was appalled specially since I have seen them there almost every night I have gone up there and been behind them in line where they have tipped the staff over $100 dollars in tips... I stopped hanging out there because it is not fun anymore it's scary. I'm afraid to even sit down at the table to do homework because one of them will tell me my cars parked a little over the curb. Most unprofessional security guards around! I read other reviews online about this company after a few diff. Business and customers of those businesses hired and than fired them and was shocked at the results. Between racial profiling and not obeying other business owners requests I'm surprised their still in business. One company had enormous issues with a guard by the name of Carlos whom they employed to secure a company that has attacked a woman while in line paying for her drinks and verbally insulated her l. When the boss of this security company came to talk to his guard he took his side but every thing was on camera and he called the police on the loyal customers and got them for trespassing during business hours luckily the manager and owner I guess had their back but as far as I have heard still kept the security company even though they are racist and amateur at best! With this company is seems they will hire any dummy off the streets and hand them a badge. They belittle customers and tell them they can't smoke at the tables on the patios but they do it themselves, so if you don't have a badge, talk about hypocrites don't smoke unless your in the street where you can block the wheel chair lane and get hit by a car! So if your looking for a team of hypocritical people who will belittle, degrade, racial profile, and get your customers to leave then by all means hire this group of wanna be cops and nazis. read more

This security company will drive business away fast! Dutch Bros Coffee employed these idiots to sit in their car and play phone apps and hang out at the tables in front of the business and smoke vape pens then yell at others for doing the same at the tables. Me and my 4 friends were told we would be fined for trespassing if we smoked at the table yet 2 days later we go up there and 2 cute girls with their ass hanging out were allowed to smoke there no problem. What goes best with coffee? A smoke... Starbucks allows you to smoke on their patio and guess what no stupid security! They actually love their customers and didn't hire such a hypothetical security company like this one.
