Mark was diligent to get the sink mounted perfectly centered and secured it much better than the original. He had to redo the plumbing, which is shared with the dishwasher. This unavoidably interfered with the built-in drawer in the bottom of the cabinet. To resolve that, he did a beautiful, professional job modifying the drawer to fix the clearance issue. We also had a bathroom sink that wasn't draining well. He jumped on that, which was a big help as it was more complex than the usual clogged bathroom sink. I often do those myself, but it was much better to have a professional take care of this one. At every point, he was kind and helpful in explaining what he was doing and what we could do to avoid future issues. We learned a lot about the plumbing in our condo. He and his assistant left everything cleaner than when they arrived.
