With the sun shining and the buskers playing, this market looks like a postcard from Utopia. It's stocked full of local produce from fruit, veg, bread, meat and fish to herbs spices and olive oils and it's all sold by the producers themselves. While it's not massive, it does have everything you'd need to prepare an amazing meal later in the day, including the flowers for the centrepiece. There's even a knife sharpener on hand! Of course if you're less ambitious, you can pop by for some pre-made deliciousness like baked goods or some hot food like crepes, reuben sandos and/or some seriously life-changing corn fritters. Long story short, this is the place to be if you're in the area on a Saturday morning or early afternoon. They used to be located in the old Midcity centre across the road, and to my mind have never replicated the lush and comfy feel of the old store. But the staff are always lovely, and they have sales where you can pick up a real bargain. When you're stuck for a last minute gift, it's the perfect place to rush in a find something slightly out of the ordinary.

They have a great range of home decor and small gifts you can use as a joke or on a serious note. I always come here for a last minute gift idea and it's great for secret santa parties. As well as the teen/adult range, the store has a sizeable collection of suits for small children (boys as well as girls) and even some for that dreadful hard-to-fit stage (10-14 yrs). The products here of course have a brand name attached - the likes of Missoni, Bassike, Marimekko, Kartell and Diptyque are all stocked here.
