My only regret is I didn't have them come sooner and wasted time and money on those carpet cleaning rentals that did not get the area clean. Bone Dry first came to our home in the fall and cleaned all our carpets- the carpets looked great and were virtually dry when they were finished. And this week they saved day! Our dog had clearly been very sick during the day and I came home to our large wool area carpet covered in multiple messes. Not knowing what to do, I called Bone Dry at 2pm and they got a team to our home by 4:30 that same day. We discussed our options (they were very knowledgeable) and decided on a plan and it worked. I can't say enough about this company. They were very efficient and professional. Crystal and Kurt took stains out of our rugs that other companies said were impossible to remove. My carpets have never looked so good. I was also pleased to find out about there other services. Housekeeping, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning to name a few. My carpet was pretty stained and smelly from an elderly dog. The cleaning was excellent, got out the stains very well, even those that had been there for some time. A bit pricy but worth the extra money. A question came up about furniture moving which I had planned to do ( a couch and recliner). The crew did it and charged which was disappointing. Also cash discount does not include checks. This is the second time I've used this group and very pleased, even with the minor issues. read more

Beware - Bait & Switch I hired these folks for the first time today. I received a quote over the phone from their office staff for 2 rooms and a staircase. I gave measurements of 8 X 8 for one room and 15 X 24 for the other room. The office quoter said the 8 X 8 room was much smaller than a regular room so it would ake up for the 15 X 24 being oversized and each would be priced as 1 room because the difference in the small room would make up for the larger room. When the fellow arrived he told me the price quoted was wrong. He measured the rooms and wrote down that one was 12 X 24 and the other was 8 X 10. He quoted me $220 for what his office quoted as $181. He then asked if I would like to get someone else, knowing that I was under time constraints. I said no I was stuck just do the 2 rooms and not the staircase. I asked him about it twice more and asked him to call and each time I did the woman with him pulled me aside on the pretense of getting me to sign and go ahead or a done job. They had it very well orchestrated. You could tell they pull this a lot. The shampooer talked in circles and even told me he had no idea where his office quoter got that price. I wrote it down so I was sure it was what she quoted. Very disappointed in this very unethical group. Will never hire again. Puts a whole new spin to the term 'taking you to the cleaners.' read more

I didn't want to treat the rugs with any chemicals or strong-smelling cleaners, and they worked magic with those limitations. I paid this company almost $400 dollars and while they were professional and helpful, once I actually moved in to the house I had just bought, I could see that they did not do a job worth $400 dollars. My rugs were still dirty on the stairs and in the creases next to the walls, but worst of all, the smell from the previous owners was not gone. Bone Dry and told me that they could get smells out and they didn't. I am bummed I will have to pay even more money to have the job done again. Wouldn't recommend. read more

We are preparing to sell our house, so we wanted our 5-year old carpets to get back to like-new condition. The den's carpet, in particular, was terribly stained in the high traffic area. Bone Dry did an amazing job and the carpets do indeed look almost as good as when they were first installed. They put in the extra work needed and were entirely cheerful throughout. It was unbelievable that I asked about having a family room cleaned right before Christmas and Jeff was able to fit me in. The carpet and stairs looked fantastic. We had had this carpet cleaned previously by another company, but not with the results Jeff gave us. He is very meticulous about his work and came back the next day because he wanted to work on the stairs again. Never have we seen such dedication by a company. Jeff is very easy to talk to. I would not recommend this service. Jeff left my carpet soaking wet. Now it smells like mildew. I have left my windows open for days and the carpet will not dry. On top of all of this, my carpet is still dirty!!!! read more
