I have chemical sensitivities and have suffered through other carpet cleanings professing to be "green". They lied. Oxyfresh has the faintest of odor when it's wet and I wouldn't describe it as aversive. Once it dries, and it dries quickly, there is zero odor. And as far as cleaning, the carpets are spotless. That includes a few bloody urine stains my dog left when she got a UTI. Also, ground in dirt from winter boots. Bert is punctual, personable and I am just so glad I found him. read more

What great and fast service. Reached an agent on the phone immediately. Burt from the Scarborough location was able to come the day after my call. I had some fairly new but badly soiled and stained light colored carpets in two bedrooms and the staircase from uncaring tenants. I was expecting that they would have to be replaced, but after Burt looked them over he thought he could save them. Well I was astonished how clean they came out, especially the stairs. Only a faint reminder of a couple of the worse stains, but everything else came out. I love the low moisture system and it dried in a couple of hours without soaking the pads etc., with no smell at all. I have been a property manager for years and this was my first, but surely not my last use of Oxi. Thank you for a job well done at the price quoted on the phone, no BS.. Very professional. read more
