Tulpins said they went through the entire engine and charged the oil and filters ect... when I opened the cowling after a month of using it the oil filter has a date of 1/13/2023 !!! Hasn't been changed in 2 years! It gets worse. I asked repeatedly to send me the warrantee info. They never would because THE ENGINE IS A 2015 NOT a 2021 like they sold it as ! i bought this engine about 4 months ago and Tuppins has ignored me! The boats electrical system is a mess and I just had the entire boat rewired. It was working perfectly ! Tuppins has gone down hill since these irresponsible deceitful business practices. Its horrible to take advantage and lie to your customers! I have plenty of pictures and will file a lawsuit. Also as a Yamaha dealer we expect honesty and professionalism. My boat is a mess !
