Clearly the business model for make your own…read moresalad at 9 EUR didn't survive so they sold the place to another owner who decided you can make more money if you're only allowed to pick 3-4 ingredients in your salad with only one size salad option and the people behind the counter chooses the portion, which is similar to ordering a salad in any other restaurant, except for about 9 EUR you don't get anything fancy (like smoked salmon), at most you can get some cut up chorizos or seasoned chicken. The soup option is even more ridiculous. For 3 EUR, you get a half portion of soup (35cl or 350ml). The container already looks small enough and they fill it up to about half that size. No more soup purchasing here for me. I'm not even sure if I should bother reviewing his place because although I love the concept of picking your own ingredients and their ingredients are quite fresh, this place is way too expensive for what they have to offer and I doubt this place will survive much longer than it's predecessor.
