I arrived early to my appointment and they checked me in and had me wait in the spacious waiting room area where they have a cute coffee station. I was seen at my scheduled time and the Optometry Assistant who took the initial screenings and photos of my eyes was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Tong was who administered my detailed eye examination and let me just say she is sooooo thorough! She asked all the questions I expected and many others I didn't expect but mattered. She explained everything she was doing and explained in detail what all of her readings and photographs showed. I highly recommend Bergen Optometry and will be visiting again to fill my glasses RX.
