i went here to get a wax like i've done several times before and they burned me! when i told the two ladies one with pink highlights and an older women they proceeded to say it was not them and must have been something i used on my face because their wax "doesn't get hot enough". and "the top of my eyebrow would've been burned too" but inbetween doing the top of my eyebrows to the bottom where it's hurt she was also doing my friends eyelash lift so this would've been the reason the wax got too hot. They then pulled out the consent form and said do i use any of these things and i said no i don't and i said i only use face wash i said cera ve and they said that's why "my skin was ripped off" when i told them it doesn't say i couldn't use it on the consent form and that i've never had a problem before they said it's my face wash not them. if this was the case don't you think the top of my eyebrows would be like the bottom?? and also the last time i used this face wash was last night so it can't be. If you look at this picture you can very obviously tell i was burned and they refuse to take responsibility for it or do anything other than say it was my fault. There is a few great people that work here don't get me wrong, but i'm very disappointed with the outcome of todays visit, and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, not only is my skin burning and hurts to the touch,but this is going to take awhile to heal for what should have been a simple eyebrow wax. read more

First and last time coming here.The girls are not welcoming whatsoever i felt so uncomfortable.i would have wanted to get more services done but Ashley the girl who attended me could barely force a smile and had a stank face the entire time she serviced me.and not to mention she didn't even do a good job and gave me a whole different eyebrow shape.But here's the fun part i paid 16 DOLLARS 16!!!!! Went in today for threading. Upon walking in, the young ladies literally grimaced at me when I told them I needed to have my eye brows threaded so this wasn't the most welcoming business from the start. I signed in and the esthetician (no nametags or introductions so I gave no idea about her name) took care of my brows quickly. She nicked my skin once but over all, it was a decent do. Sidenote: As I was waiting, another customer was getting worked on and her esthetician kept interrupting her work to reply back to her texts. She was a better woman than me for not saying anything or expecting a little more professionalism. Went to get my eyelash extensions removed. Through the removal process she didn't bother to inform me about what she was putting on my eyelashes or even bothered to make small talk. I came here today with my niece and sister in law to get a brow tint (my niece & sis got eyelash extensions). When I first sat down I said I do not want threading or anything because it takes awhile for my hair to grow back and my right eyebrow is exactly how I want it. She mentioned there's a few extra hairs underneath she just wanted to pluck to get out of the way and the left side had hair missing in one spot so she needs to make them even. I said you can get the fly always off but if the left one doesn't completely match I'll use make up to patch the spot. She proceeded to pluck half of my right eyebrow off because "the left was thinner"!! After she plucked it, it made the right way thinner than the left so I was upset. She then told me I was wrong and she's been doing it for 15 yrs so she knows what she's doing and I should ask anyone else in the salon and they'll agree with her. (Of course no one wanted to enter in the conversation because that's so awkward!) I let her tint them then when I'm done I look and say I just want to pay and leave. She proceeds to argue with me while yelling that she knows what she's doing and blah blah blah I should just leave. I told her I get she's been doing this for awhile but if I'm paying for a service I want to like the result and for my esthetician to at least listen to what I want. She then tells me to leave the store and ask anyone in the mall and they'll agree with her.. HA yeah right. Now my eyebrows are way more uneven and I wish I had never trusted her to do them. I had to pay for a shitty job and to be yelled at because I didn't like the result! She was the rudest person I've ever encountered. I would give even less stars but the girl that did my nieces eyelashes was really sweet and did a great job on my niece! After I left my sister in law was still there about to get her eyelashes done (with the other girl working) and told me the lady still continued being rude and kept asking her about me and what she thinks, etc but my sis didn't want to speak with her and just wanted to be left alone! This place was the only place I would go to.Sometimes they good and some days not as good but shit when they take your fucking hair off on the side of your face when you only doing your eyebrow.. Then go in a different time after same shit but with my eyelash.. They both got in my face talk shit and that girl with the fake as red or pink hair Idk what color hair she was going for but yeah. The girls that work here are extremely nasty. The fake nice persona makes it hard to justify coming here. Every time I'm here it sounds like children are locked in a room. It makes me wonder if the reason no body wants to watch this girl's children is because she's petty and condescending like all the girls that work there. The work they do is mediocre and there are better places in town to get your eyebrows done that don't include crying children locked in rooms. read more

Got my lashes done yesterday... they're super heavy the glue shows and the inner corners are coming off. The technique they use involves keeping your eyes open so your eyes constantly burn from the glue fumes. Lashes look like cheap box lashes. read more

I been couple times since is the only place to get your eyebrows thread. Depending of who it is doing the job I had few mishaps with my eyebrows. You tell them what you want but they don't listen so be careful. I wish they had more girls to help you and willing to do as you requested. read more
