We set a time and date for them to come look at the tree and they arrived exactly on time. After evaluating the tree and I explained that one of the branches had come down and did damage to the neighbors property, we agreed that although he didn't feel it was an immediate threat, that maybe we should take it down to be a good neighbor. Then quoted me a reasonable price. Today when they showed up without me even asking he reduced the price by $250.00 because he found another way to take it down without much effort.
