I left with my dogs when they arrived. the unit was pretty clean to start with, just a lot of dust collected on pictures, shelves, headboards, and night stands. the toilets needed a good scrubbing and the primary shower needed a good cleaning. the tub/shower combo in the secondary bathroom needed cleaning. the oven had a small bit of burnt food at the bottom but it is less than a year old and had only been used a half dozen times. I had specifically said I needed all surfaces dusted, baseboards cleaned, fridge wiped down, and the bathrooms cleaned. They only had been working for 2 1/2 hours before they texted they were done. I came back in 5 min. they were outside waiting. they left and I took my dogs upstairs. it smelled like cleaner and the floors were still damp in places. I had some emails to respond to so I didn't inspect the place. about an hour later I noticed the ladder shelves hadn't been dusted, the baseboards in the primary room were still dirty, the primary shower still had strands of hair on the walls and the soap ledges were still full of soap residue, the fridge hadn't been wiped down, the exteriors of the appliances hadn't bed. wiped down, the inside floor of the panty was still full of dust bunnies, as was the hall closet. the headboards weren't dusted, the ceiling fan wasn't cleaned, the primary bathroom sink faucet wasn't cleaned, the nightstands weren't cleaned, the dresser wasn't dusted, there was still dust bunnies and pet hair along all the baseboards. I have no idea what they spent 150 minutes doing because the work they did do wouldn't have taken 2 1/2 hours and wasn't worth $400. I texted them to say I was disappointed. they sent back photos of whole rooms saying we cleaned it. the photos don't show all the dust that wasn't cleaned or the the dirt that wasn't cleaned. they did mop the kitchen floor but it was still dirty. i ran a clorox wipe over it and it came back dirty. They said someone could come back out next week but I had hired them because the unit is going on the market on Sept 2. I didn't have time for them to come back. I spent 2 hours doing all the work they didn't do. There were no apologies. No offer to refund any portion of my money. I strongly recommend you NOT hire this company.

LONG STORY SHORT: Crappy service, unethical business practices (changing price after services were…read morecompleted), and Kevin being a royal tool in the background. 1/10 would NOT recommend... read on for further explanation. I was not going to write a review because I didn't want to hurt their business and I have better things to do with my time than complain like watching paint dry. I just wrote this off as a lesson learned and they would never get a personal recommendation from me. BUT seeing as Crystal asked me to review her services and I'm a nice person. Here is my review; I was looking for a company to clean my grandmother's home in the hopes of getting it on the market soon to sell. I found this company and though the website was a mess I decided to call. Crystal sounded nice but not very confident in herself and the company (I'm pretty sure Kevin was in the background coaching her). That is not my complaint, there are many reasons why she would sound like that, but it didn't affect my choice. We spoke for a few minutes and agreed on a date and the price of $20.00 an hour. I had my friend let her in and she cleaned. As of this point, I had nothing to be concerned about. It wasn't until the phone call after the service had been done that Crystal decided to tell me that she had her daughter help and she wanted to charge me an extra $10.00 an hour. I told her "No, that wasn't what we agreed upon" but lovely Kevin spoke up in the background and said quite loudly that "we won't do business with me again". My first thought was "Don't worry honey, I will never want to do business with you again" but I am a lady and did not say that thought out loud... But I wanted to...so bad. It was at this point that I decided to negotiate the price because the daughter did help and I am hoping that part of the payment went to her, but I don't have high hopes at this point. So, we agreed upon $5.00 an hour for the extra help, they were there for 6 hours, so in total $150.00 for what I thought was a job well done. It wasn't until later (after the payment had been made) that we looked a little more closely and saw that the house was clean, but not 6 hours' worth of cleaning. There are crumbs in the cupboards, the oven wasn't cleaned, and the floors in the master bathroom are still a mess. Plus a plethora of other issues. Also, I am not accusing this company of theft, but seeing as this was an elderly woman's home, there was a commode in the master bathroom. The owner had fallen and had a broken hip. This helped her get up and off the toilet with ease as it had handles. When our friend let her into the house, she noticed that there was a commode in the bathroom, when my sister went the next day to look over the house, she noticed that it was gone. Again, not accusing them of theft but it seems kind of fishy that it went missing the day of the house cleaning. OF course if a company that is, in their words "licensed, bonded, and insured" and that gives them the ability to change the price after the service has already been rendered, they would never do something like that (dripping sarcasm). As a side note to all prospective customers, when a company cannot spell correctly on their website, hint: its accepting not excepting and goes not go's, RUN DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER COMPANY.

I really wanted to like this business. I was excited when I booked them for a move out clean as…read morethey assured me they could clean everything on my landlord's checklist. They were supposed to arrive between 10-12p. I called at 12 and was told that traffic was nasty and that she was on her way from Olympia to pick up another cleaner. I cleaned until they arrived at 1:30 after shopping for supplies at 1:20 per the receipt they left on my counter. I waited outside in the cold car from 9:45am til they left without finishing the job and with no warning after 6pm. They were incredibly unprofessional including turning on my heater without my permission while they left every window open in less than 50 degrees, music so loud neighbors were complaining, and walking on the cleaned carpet in their shoes. I believe it's standard to clean the kitchen during a move out cleaning however, they didn't clean baseboards, cabinet fronts, stainless steel, inside the cabinets. The only thing they cleaned in 4.5 hours was the bathrooms and one of the bathroom cabinets/drawers they didn't bother cleaning. They broke my brand new blinds after I was specific that they were new and please leave them be. They were fully rolled up when the cleaners arrived yet down and broken when they finished. They did not clean walls. Because they stayed so late to do absolutely nothing they were paid to do, they were still there when the carpet cleaner came at 5:45 causing more complications. The owner reimbursed me for blinds $29 based on the receipt from when I bought them 5 weeks ago and when I went back to Home Depot to buy another set they were now $45. The owner wouldn't pay me the difference of $15. I sent proof of my claim that they did almost zero work and the owner reimbursed me a total of $120 stating that they wouldn't deal with "he said she said". Yet, I sent photo proof of the condition the cleaners left the kitchen before I cleaned it myself and I documented my own work after. So, the original fee to clean my entire 2 br apartment was $300. Minus $120 refund. Plus $15 still owed to me for the replacement blinds means that I paid $195 to have 1 bathroom fully cleaned in 4.5 hours. Because I discovered that they didn't do their job I spent a total of 4 hours scrambling to clean the kitchen and inside my cabinets in the kitchen/bathrooms myself. Plus I cleaned the walls. This meant I had to drop all plans, go back to my new house 40 minutes away to get a step stool and pick up my daughter to help me, and I had to go get new supplies since mine were packed. I did all of this while I'm injured which is why I paid them to do this job to begin with. I wouldn't have done this review if they billed me fairly. I could have cleaned the bathrooms myself (I did clean inside the drawers and cabinet of one of them) and saved myself $198. And the cleaners had the absolute nerve to ask me twice for a review.
